At Kavoo Apparel, each garment is custom-made to your exact specifications. That means we don’t ship immediately, but we do ship with care and precision.

Production & Processing

All custom orders are made-to-measure and require 1–2 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another once your item ships with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Time

We ship globally. Estimated delivery timelines after production:

Canada & USA: 3–10 business days
Europe & Asia: 5–14 business days
Other regions: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
