If your order isn’t what you expected, contact us at info@kavooapparel.com, and our Customer Experience team will help make it right.

Please note that we don’t offer refunds due to the custom nature of our suits, which are tailored to your measurements and preferences. If you have any issues with your garments, contact our customer experience team within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns are at KAVOO’s discretion and will be refunded as a KAVOO Gift Card.
KAVOO only accepts returns for items in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Items that have been altered or adjusted cannot be returned.
